Barista Training - Latte Art

Learn the secrets of milk texturing to pour techniques of latte art. Become a master of patterns from the basic heart and tulips to swans, Rosetta’s and dragons. This course requires you to have some previous milk steaming experience.

Barista Training – Beginner

Learn the basics from coffee grinding techniques, distribution and tamping. Understand coffee ratios, timing and dose through to the different drink styles and how to make them.
The ideal knowledge base for a great espresso shot.

Barista Training - Intermediate

Build on the foundation of basic barista experience, for the amateur and professional.
Be introduced to the technical aspects of making coffee including grinder calibration and troubleshooting. Learn to work a more efficient espresso bar, showing you best practices, tips and tricks of the trade.

Barista Training - Advanced

This course is for the more advanced barista already competent with calibration and latte art.
Learn to create espresso recipes to get the optimum from your shot. Understand the effects of dose, yield and time on coffee extraction.
