Clever Coffee Dripper & Filters

The Clever Coffee Dripper is a full-immersion coffee brewer that combines the best features of French press and pour-over methods. It steeps coffee in hot water before filtering through a paper filter, resulting in a clean, flavorful cup. Easy to use, it brews like a cafetiere and draws down like a filter.

Simply add water and fresh ground coffee to the dripper with a filter paper and let it brew. When ready, set the dripper on a cup, and the ‘Clever’ valve will release the brewed coffee directly into your mug—no pressing or pour control needed. Perfect for home use.

Basic Brew Recipe Ratio: 1:16
1.Place a filter in the Clever Coffee Dripper, place it on scales and tare.
2. Fill the Clever Coffee Dripper with 400g of freshly boiled water and add 25g of medium-coarse ground coffee (see brew ratio guide)
3. Stir the coffee and water mixture before letting it steep for 4 minute
4. Place the Clever Coffee Dripper on top of a cup or carafe to start the draining process. It should take about 1 minute to drain completely.
5. Remove the dripper once all coffee has drained, pour everything into your cup and enjoy.

Kenyan - Segero AA

Introducing our new single origin coffee, Kenyan - Segero AA. This direct-sourced coffee is from the Ko-kos Coffee Farm and is part of the larger Boroon Estate, mixed-farming enterprise. Ko-Kos Coffee is situated at Segero, in Uasin Gishu county; right on the slopes of the Cherangany Hills of the Great Rift Valley.

This Segero AA coffee is a bright, slightly acidic coffee with big notes of chocolate, caramel and stone fruits. Subtle notes of blackberry can be found behind the syrupy caramel taste notes, especially when using a filter or pour-over method.
